How the pricing works . . .

Residential Maintenance is $60/hour, per cleaner. Prices may vary for other services. 

We have a 4 hour minimum, per visit, with exceptions for senior living apartments and Post Party Cleanup. 

The 4 hours will be 2 cleaners for 2 hours.

Our cleaners have been trained to work quickly and efficiently.

We take into consideration the condition and size of the space. Plus any special requests added to your maintenance cleaning. Things such as... unique areas, areas requiring special attention, furniture vacuuming, etc.
